Sirach 31:16
Eat what’s put in front of you like a normal human being, and don’t chew rudely, or you will be hated.
Stretch not out thy hand first, lest being disgraced with envy thou be put to confusion.
When you get your food, eat it like a human being. Don't smack and slurp; nobody can stand that.
Eat, like anyone else, what is set before you, but do not eat greedily, lest you be despised.
Eat what is set before you like a well-bred person; do not gulp down your food and make yourself objectionable.
Eat what is set before you like a well-bred person, and do not chew greedily, or you will give offence.
