Sirach 28:11
A hasty quarrel sparks a fire, and hasty conflict sheds blood.
For a passionate man kindleth strife, and a sinful man will trouble his friends, and bring in debate in the midst of them that are at peace.
An argument that blazes out suddenly can lead to violence.
Pitch and resin make fire flare up, and a hasty quarrel provokes bloodshed.
A sudden quarrel kindles a fire, and a hasty dispute leads to bloodshed.
A hasty quarrel kindles a fire, and a hasty dispute sheds blood.
A hasty quarrel kindles a fire, and a hasty dispute sheds blood.
