Sirach 23:21
These people will be punished in the streets of the city, and when they least expect it, they will be seized.
Two sorts of men multiply sins, and the third bringeth wrath and destruction.
That sinful man will be caught when he least expects it, and punished publicly.
Such a man will be denounced in the streets of the city; and where he least suspects it, he will be apprehended.
This man will be punished in the streets of the city; when he least expects it, he will be seized.

And he shall be shame to all men; for he understood not the dread of the Lord. [This in the streets of the city shall be venged; as an horse colt he shall be driven (away), and where he hopeth not, he shall be caught. And he shall be villainy, (or vileness), to all men; for-thy that he understood not the dread of the Lord.]
