Sirach 18:7
Imprimir
When people finish, then they are just beginning, and when they pause, then they are puzzled.
What is man, and what is his grace? and what is his good, or what is his evil?
When we come to the end of that story, we have not even begun; we are simply at a loss for words.
When mortals finish, they are only beginning, and when they stop they are still bewildered.
When a man finishes, he is still only beginning, and when he stops, he is still confused.
When human beings have finished, they are just beginning, and when they stop, they are still perplexed.
When human beings have finished, they are just beginning, and when they stop, they are still perplexed.
When human beings have finished, they are just beginning, and when they stop, they are still perplexed.
When humans have finished, they are just beginning, and when they stop, they are still perplexed.
When a man has finished, he is just beginning, and when he stops, he will be at a loss.
When a man has finished, he is just beginning, and when he stops, he will be at a loss.
When a man hath ended, then he shall begin [or then he beginneth]; and when he hath rested, (then) he shall work.
