Sirach 13:23

The rich speak, and everyone is silent, and what they say is praised to the heavens. The poor speak, and they say, “Who is this?” And if the poor stumble, others push them down all the more.
The wild ass is the lion's prey in the desert: so also the poor are devoured by the rich.
When a rich person speaks, everyone is silent, and they praise him to the skies for what he says. But let a poor person speak, and everybody says, Who is that? They push him down if he so much as stumbles.
When the rich speak all are silent, their wisdom people extol to the clouds. When the poor speak people say: “Who is that?” If they stumble, people knock them down.
When the rich man speaks, all listen in silence and praise his wisdom to the skies. When the poor man speaks, others say “Who is that?” and even push him to the ground if he stumbles.
The rich person speaks and all are silent; they extol to the clouds what he says. The poor person speaks and they say, ‘Who is this fellow?’ And should he stumble, they even push him down.

The rich man spake, and all men were still; and they shall bring his word till to the clouds. (But) A poor man spake, and they say, Who is this? and if he offendeth (or if he stumble), they shall destroy him. [The rich spake, and all held their peace; and the word of him unto the clouds they shall bear. The poor spake, and they say, Who is this? and if he shall offend, they shall turn him upside-down.]
