Now gather yourself in troops, you who are accustomed to being in troops; they have laid siege to us. They are striking the judge of Isra’el on the cheek with a stick.

Now grieve, O grieving daughter! “They have laid siege against us!” With the rod they strike on the cheek the ruler of Israel.
NCB
Now withdraw behind your walls, for they have laid siege against you. With a rod they will strike on the cheek the ruler of Israel.
TLV
Now gather yourself in troops, O Daughter of Troops. He has laid siege against us. With a staff they have struck the Judge of Israel on the cheek.
