He said to Bagoas the eunuch, who looked after his property, “Go and persuade the Hebrew woman who is in your care to come join us and eat and drink with us.
For it is looked upon as shameful among the Assyrians, if a woman mock a man, by doing so as to pass free from him.
He said to Bagoas, the eunuch who was in charge of his personal affairs, Go and persuade the Hebrew woman, who is in your care, to come to my tent to eat and drink with us.
And he said to Bagoas, the eunuch in charge of his personal affairs, “Go and persuade the Hebrew woman in your care to come and to eat and drink with us.

For it is a foul thing with men of Assyria, if a woman scorn a man, in her doing, and that she pass free from him. [Forsooth a foul thing it is with Assyrians, if a woman scorn a man, doing that she pass from him without her office.]
