Baruch 2:17

Lord, open your eyes and look upon us. Surely the dead who are in the grave, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, won’t acknowledge the Lord’s glory and justice!
Open thy eyes, and behold: for the dead that are in hell, whose spirit is taken away from their bowels, shall not give glory and justice to the Lord:
Open your eyes and look upon us. Those in the world of the dead with no breath left in their bodies cannot offer praises to you or proclaim how just you are.
Open your eyes and see: it is not the dead in Hades, whose breath has been taken from within them, who will declare the glory and vindication to the Lord.
Look upon us, Lord, and see. It is not the dead in Hades, whose spirit no longer dwells in their bodies, who can render praise and vindication to you, O Lord.
open your eyes, O Lord, and see, for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord;
open your eyes, O Lord, and see, for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord;
open your eyes, O Lord, and see, for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord;
open your eyes, O Lord, and see, for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord,
open thy eyes, O Lord, and see; for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord,
open thy eyes, O Lord, and see; for the dead who are in Hades, whose spirit has been taken from their bodies, will not ascribe glory or justice to the Lord,
Open thine eyes, and see; for not (the) dead men that be in hell (or in the grave), whose spirit is taken from their entrails, shall give honour and justifying to the Lord; [Open thine eyes, and see; for not the dead that be in hell, whose spirit is taken from their bowels, shall give worship and justifying to the Lord;]
