Read aloud this scroll that we sent to you to make it public in the Lord’s house on every festival day and appointed time.
And read ye this book, which we have sent to you to be read in the temple of the Lord, on feasts, and proper days.
Please read this book that we are sending you and make your own confession of sin in the Temple on the first day of the Festival of Shelters and on other holy days of assembly.
On the feast day and during the days of assembly, read aloud in the house of the Lord this scroll that we send you:
Finally, we exhort you to read publicly this book we are sending you in the house of the Lord on the festival days and the days of assembly,
