News reached him at Ecbatana of what happened to Nicanor and to Timothy’s forces.
Now when he was come about Ecbatana, he received the news of what had happened to Nicanor and Timotheus.
When he reached Ecbatana, he was told what had happened to the forces of Nicanor and Timothy.
On his arrival in Ecbatana, he learned what had happened to Nicanor and to Timothy’s forces.
