With these words, he left. But the priests, stretching out their hands to heaven, called on the one who always fights in defense of our nation, saying,
And when he had spoken thus he departed. But the priests stretching forth their hands to heaven, called upon him that was ever the defender of their nation, saying in this manner:
Then he left, and immediately the priests lifted their arms toward heaven and prayed to God, the faithful Defender of our nation:
With these words he went away. The priests stretched out their hands toward heaven, calling upon the unfailing defender of our nation in these words:
Having issued this threat, he then left, whereupon the priests stretched out their hands to heaven and prayed to the constant defender of our nation in these words:
Having said this, he went away. Then the priests stretched out their hands towards heaven and called upon the constant Defender of our nation, in these words:
