Jonathan went with the king as far as the Eleutherus River, and then he returned to Jerusalem.
And Jonathan went with the king as far as the river, called Eleutherus: and he returned into Jerusalem.
Jonathan accompanied him as far as the Eleutherus River before returning to Jerusalem.
Jonathan accompanied the king as far as the river called Eleutherus and then returned to Jerusalem.
