The people in Rome, and those who were as far away as Sparta, learned that Jonathan had died, and they were all very sad.
And it was heard at Rome, and as far as Sparta, that Jonathan was dead: and they were very sorry.
When the news that Jonathan had died reached Rome and Sparta, it brought great sorrow.
