1 Maccabees 1:60
In keeping with the decree, they killed women who had circumcised their sons.
And every one with whom the books of the testament of the Lord were found, and whosoever observed the law of the Lord, they put to death, according to the edict of the king.
Mothers who had allowed their babies to be circumcised were put to death in accordance with the king's decree.
In keeping with the decree, they put to death women who had their children circumcised,
In accordance with the royal decree, any women who had their children circumcised were put to death,
In accordance with the decree, they put to death the women who had their children circumcised,
