1 Maccabees 10:26
We have heard and rejoice that you have kept your agreement and have continued your friendship with us, and have not sided with our enemies.
Whereas you have kept covenant with us, and have continued in our friendship, and have not joined with our enemies, we have heard of it, and are glad.
We are delighted to learn that you have kept your obligations under our treaty, remained loyal to us, and have not gone over to the side of our enemies.
We have heard how you have kept the treaty with us and continued in our friendship and not gone over to our enemies, and we are glad.
We have heard of how you have honored our agreement with us and have continued to maintain our friendship, and that you have not transferred your allegiance to our enemies. At this news we rejoice.
