2 Thần linh CHÚA sẽ ngự trên người. Thần linh đó sẽ ban cho người sự khôn ngoan, hiểu biết, tài hướng dẫn, và quyền năng. Thần linh đó sẽ dạy vua biết kính sợ CHÚA. 3 Vua sẽ vui mừng vâng theo CHÚA.
