9 فَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَّصَنَا وَدَعَانَا إلَى حَيَاةٍ مُكَرَّسَةٍ لَهُ. وَلَمْ يَكُنْ هَذَا بِفَضْلِ أيِّ عَمَلٍ قُمنَا بِهِ، بَلْ بِنَاءً عَلَى قَصدِهِ وَنِعْمَتِهِ الَّتِي وَهَبَنَا إيَّاهَا فِي المَسِيحِ يَسُوعَ قَبْلَ بَدءِ الزَّمَنِ.
