Romans 13:9-10

⁹For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not give false testimony, You shall not covet,”^[a] and if there are any other commandments, are summed up in this saying, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”^[b] ¹⁰Love works no evil to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
