Version
Acts 16:9-15

(A)A vision appeared to Paul in the night: a man of (B)Macedonia was standing and appealing to him, and saying, “Come over to Macedonia and help us.” 10 When he had seen (C)the vision, immediately (D)we sought to [a]go into Macedonia, concluding that God had called us to (E)preach the gospel to them.

11 So putting out to sea from (F)Troas, we ran (G)a straight course to Samothrace, and on the day following to Neapolis; 12 and from there to (H)Philippi, which is a leading city of the district of (I)Macedonia, (J)a Roman colony; and we were staying in this city for some days. 13 And on (K)the Sabbath day we went outside the gate to a riverside, where we were supposing that there would be a place of prayer; and we sat down and began speaking to the women who had assembled.

First Convert in Europe

14 A woman named Lydia, from the city of (L)Thyatira, a seller of purple fabrics, (M)a worshiper of God, was listening; [b]and the Lord (N)opened her heart to respond to the things spoken by Paul. 15 And when she and (O)her household had been baptized, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house and stay.” And she prevailed upon us.

Psalm 67

The Nations Exhorted to Praise God.

For the choir director; with stringed instruments. A Psalm. A Song.

67 God be gracious to us and (A)bless us,
And (B)cause His face to shine [a]upon us— [b]Selah.
That (C)Your way may be known on the earth,
(D)Your salvation among all nations.
Let the (E)peoples praise You, O God;
Let all the peoples praise You.
Let the (F)nations be glad and sing for joy;
For You will (G)judge the peoples with uprightness
And (H)guide the nations on the earth. Selah.
Let the (I)peoples praise You, O God;
Let all the peoples praise You.
The (J)earth has yielded its produce;
God, our God, (K)blesses us.
God blesses us,
[c]That (L)all the ends of the earth may fear Him.

Revelation 21:10

The New Jerusalem

10 And (A)he carried me away [a](B)in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me (C)the holy city, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God,

Revelation 21:22-22:5

22 I saw (A)no [a]temple in it, for the (B)Lord God the Almighty and the (C)Lamb are its [b]temple. 23 And the city (D)has no need of the sun or of the moon to shine on it, for (E)the glory of God has illumined it, and its lamp is the (F)Lamb. 24 (G)The nations will walk by its light, and the (H)kings of the earth [c]will bring their glory into it. 25 In the daytime (for (I)there will be no night there) (J)its gates (K)will never be closed; 26 and (L)they will bring the glory and the honor of the nations into it; 27 and (M)nothing unclean, and no one who practices abomination and lying, shall ever come into it, but only those [d]whose names are (N)written in the Lamb’s book of life.

The River and the Tree of Life

22 Then (O)he showed me a (P)river of the (Q)water of life, [e]clear (R)as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of [f]the Lamb, in the middle of (S)its street. (T)On either side of the river was (U)the tree of life, bearing twelve [g]kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (V)There will no longer be any curse; and (W)the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will (X)serve Him; they will (Y)see His face, and His (Z)name will be on their (AA)foreheads. And (AB)there will no longer be any night; and they [h]will not have need (AC)of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will (AD)reign forever and ever.

John 14:23-29

23 Jesus answered and said to him, (A)If anyone loves Me, he will (B)keep My word; and (C)My Father will love him, and We (D)will come to him and make Our abode with him. 24 He who does not love Me (E)does not keep My words; and (F)the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.

25 “These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you. 26 But the (G)Helper, the Holy Spirit, (H)whom the Father will send in My name, (I)He will teach you all things, and (J)bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. 27 (K)Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. (L)Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be fearful. 28 (M)You heard that I said to you, ‘I go away, and (N)I will come to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because (O)I go to the Father, for (P)the Father is greater than I. 29 Now (Q)I have told you before it happens, so that when it happens, you may believe.

John 5:1-9

The Healing at Bethesda

After these things there was (A)a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.

Now there is in Jerusalem by (B)the sheep gate a pool, which is called (C)in [a]Hebrew [b]Bethesda, having five porticoes. In these lay a multitude of those who were sick, blind, lame, and withered, [[c]waiting for the moving of the waters; for an angel of the Lord went down at certain seasons into the pool and stirred up the water; whoever then first, after the stirring up of the water, stepped in was made well from whatever disease with which he was afflicted.] A man was there who had been [d]ill for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he had already been a long time in that condition, He *said to him, “Do you wish to get well?” The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when (D)the water is stirred up, but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Jesus *said to him, (E)Get up, pick up your pallet and walk.” Immediately the man became well, and picked up his pallet and began to walk.

(F)Now it was the Sabbath on that day.
