83 Do not keep silent, O God. Do not be still, and do not cease, O God.

² For lo, Your enemies murmur and those who hate You have lifted up the head.

³ They have taken crafty counsel against Your people and have consulted against Your treasured ones.

⁴ They have said, “Come and let us cut them off from being a nation. And let the name of Israel be in remembrance no more.”

¹³ O, my God, make them like a wheel and as the stubble before the wind.

¹⁴ As the fire burns the forest, and as the flame sets the mountains on fire,

¹⁵ so persecute them with Your tempest and make them afraid with Your storm.

¹⁶ Fill their faces with shame, so that they may seek Your Name, O LORD.

¹⁷ Let them be confounded and troubled forever. Indeed, let them be put to shame and perish,

¹⁸ so that they may know that You, Who are called JEHOVAH, are alone, the Most High over all the Earth. To him who excels upon Gittith: A Psalm committed to the sons of Korah

¹⁴ Then the LORD said to Moses, “Pharaoh’s heart is obstinate. He refuses to let the people go.

¹⁵ “Go to Pharaoh in the morning (lo, he will come forth to the water); and you shall stand and meet him by the river’s edge. And you shall take in your hand the rod which was turned into a serpent.

¹⁶ “And you shall say to him, ‘The LORD God of the Hebrews has sent me to you, saying, “Let My people go so that they may serve Me in the wilderness.” And behold, you would not hear until now.

¹⁷ ‘Thus says the LORD: “In this you shall know that I am the LORD!” Behold, with the rod that is in my hand I will strike the water that is in the river; and it shall be turned into blood.’

¹⁸ “And the fish that is in the river shall die. And the river shall stink. And it shall grieve the Egyptians to drink of the water of the river.”

¹⁹ The LORD then spoke to Moses, “Say to Aaron, ‘Take your rod and stretch out your hand over the waters of Egypt, over their streams, over their rivers, and over their ponds, and over all pools of their waters; and they shall be blood.’ And there shall be blood throughout the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood and of stone.”

²⁰ So, Moses and Aaron did just as the LORD commanded. And he lifted up the rod and struck the water that was in the river in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants. And all the water that was in the river was turned into blood.

²¹ And the fish that were in the river died, and the river stank, so that the Egyptians could not drink the water of the river. And there was blood throughout the land of Egypt.

²² And the enchanters of Egypt did the same with their sorceries. And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, so that he did not listen to them (as the LORD had said).

²³ Then Pharaoh returned and went back into his house; and this still did not enter into his heart.

²⁴ All the Egyptians then dug all around the river for waters to drink (for they could not drink the water of the river).

²⁵ And this continued a full seven days after the LORD had struck the river.

²² Then one possessed with a demon was brought to Him, who was both blind and mute. And He healed him, so that he who was blind and mute both spoke and saw.

²³ And all the people were amazed, and said, “Is not this that Son of David?”

²⁴ But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, “This Man does not cast out demons but by Beelzebub the Prince of Demons.

²⁵ But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to naught. And every city or house divided against itself shall not stand.

²⁶ “So, if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then shall his kingdom endure?

²⁷ “Also, if I cast out demons through Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? They shall therefore be your judges.

²⁸ “But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the Kingdom of God has come to you.

²⁹ “Or else how can anyone enter into a strong man’s house and spoil his goods, unless he first binds the strong man, and then spoil his house?

³⁰ “The one who is not with Me, is against Me. And the one who does not gather with Me, scatters.

³¹ “Therefore I say to you, “Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven man. But the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven man.

³² And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him. But whoever shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come.
