Psalm 119:33-40

ה He

33 Teach me, Lord, the meaning[a] of your statutes,
and I will always keep them.[b](A)
34 Help me understand your instruction,(B)
and I will obey it
and follow it with all my heart.(C)
35 Help me stay on the path of your commands,(D)
for I take pleasure in it.(E)
36 Turn my heart to your decrees(F)
and not to dishonest profit.(G)
37 Turn my eyes
from looking at what is worthless;(H)
give me life in your ways.[c](I)
38 Confirm what you said to your servant,(J)
for it produces reverence for you.
39 Turn away the disgrace I dread;(K)
indeed, your judgments are good.
40 How I long for your precepts!(L)
Give me life through your righteousness.

Leviticus 6:1-7

The Lord spoke to Moses: “When someone sins and offends the Lord by deceiving(A) his neighbor in regard to a deposit,(B) a security,[a] or a robbery;(C) or defrauds(D) his neighbor; or finds something lost and lies about it;(E) or swears falsely(F) about any of the sinful things a person may do— once he has sinned(G) and acknowledged his guilt(H)—he must return what he stole or defrauded, or the deposit entrusted to him, or the lost item he found, or anything else about which he swore falsely. He will make full restitution for it and add a fifth of its value to it.(I) He is to pay it to its owner on the day he acknowledges his guilt.(J) Then he is to bring his guilt offering(K) to the Lord: an unblemished(L) ram from the flock according to your assessment of its value as a guilt offering to the priest. In this way the priest will make atonement on his behalf before the Lord, and he will be forgiven for anything he may have done to incur guilt.”(M)

Galatians 5:2-6

Take note! I, Paul, am telling you that if you get yourselves circumcised, Christ will not benefit you at all. Again I testify to every man who gets himself circumcised that he is obligated to do the entire law. You who are trying to be justified by the law are alienated from Christ; you have fallen from grace.(A) For we eagerly await(B) through the Spirit, by faith, the hope(C) of righteousness. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision accomplishes anything; what matters is faith(D) working through love.(E)
