马太福音 16:5-12

5 门徒们到了对岸，忘了带饼。

6 耶稣对他们说：“你们要注意，要提防法利赛人和撒都该人的酵母。”

7 门徒们就彼此讨论说：“这是因为我们没有带饼吧。”

8 耶稣知道了，就说：“小信的人哪，你们为什么彼此讨论没有带[a]饼的事呢？ 9 你们还不明白吗？难道不记得那五个饼给五千人，你们收拾了几个篮子的碎块[b]吗？ 10 也不记得那七个饼给四千人，你们收拾了几个筐子的碎块[c]吗？ 11 你们怎么不明白，我对你们说的不是饼的事，而是要你们提防法利赛人和撒都该人的酵母呢？” 12 门徒们这才领悟耶稣所说的不是要他们提防饼的酵母，而是要他们提防法利赛人和撒都该人的教导。
