耶稣致撒狄教会的信
3 “给撒狄教会天使的信，要这样写：
“‘有上帝的七个灵和七颗星星的他说：我知道你的所作所为，你有虽生犹死的的名声， 2 振作起来！在你还没有彻底死之前，加强你所剩下的生机吧。因为，在我的上帝面前，我找不出你配得上我的上帝的行为。 3 因此切记你所听到和领受到的教导，要服从它。忏悔把！如果你不醒悟过来，我就会像小偷一样，出其不意地降临，而你是不会知道我在什么时候来临。 4 不过，在撒狄还是有一些洁身自好的人，这些人配得上穿白衣与我同行。 5 获胜的人会像这样穿上白衣服。我不会把他从生命册中删名，我要在我父和天使面前，承认他的名字。 6 有耳能听的人，都应该听灵对教会所说的话。’”
