Psalm 95

Let Us Kneel Before Yahweh Our Maker

95 Oh come, let us (A)sing for joy to Yahweh,
Let us make a loud shout to (B)the rock of our salvation.
Let us (C)come before His presence (D)with [a]thanksgiving,
Let us make a loud shout to Him (E)with songs of praise.
For Yahweh is a (F)great God
And a great King (G)above all gods,
In whose hand are the (H)depths of the earth,
The peaks of the mountains are His also.
[b]The sea is His, for it was He (I)who made it,
And His hands formed the dry land.

Come, let us (J)worship and bow down,
Let us (K)kneel before Yahweh our (L)Maker.
For He is our God,
And (M)we are the people of His (N)pasture and the sheep of His hand.
(O)Today, [c]if you hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts, as at [d](P)Meribah,
As in the day of [e](Q)Massah in the wilderness,
“When your fathers (R)tried Me,
They tested Me, though they had seen My work.
10 For (S)forty years I loathed that generation,
And said they are a people who wander in their heart,
And they do not know My ways.
11 Therefore I (T)swore in My anger,
They shall never enter into My (U)rest.”

Exodus 16:9-21

Then Moses said to Aaron, “Say to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, ‘(A)Come near before Yahweh, for He has heard your grumblings.’” 10 Now it happened as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the sons of Israel, that they turned toward the wilderness, and behold, (B)the glory of Yahweh appeared in the cloud. 11 And Yahweh spoke to Moses, saying, 12 (C)I have heard the grumblings of the sons of Israel; speak to them, saying, ‘[a]At twilight you shall eat [b]meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread, so that (D)you shall know that I am Yahweh your God.’”

13 So it happened at evening that (E)the quails came up and covered the camp, and in the morning (F)there was a layer of dew around the camp. 14 (G)Then the layer of dew [c]evaporated, and behold, on the [d]surface of the wilderness (H)there was a fine flake-like thing, fine as the frost on the ground. 15 And the sons of Israel saw it and said to one another, “[e]What is it?” For they did not know what it was. And Moses said to them, “(I)It is the bread which Yahweh has given you to eat. 16 This is [f]what Yahweh has commanded, ‘Gather of it every man [g]as much as he should eat; you shall take an [h](J)omer apiece according to the number of persons each of you has in his tent.’” 17 And the sons of Israel did so; some gathered much and some little. 18 And they measured it with an [i]omer, and (K)he who had gathered much had no excess, and he who had gathered little had no lack; every man gathered [j]as much as he should eat. 19 And Moses said to them, “(L)Let no man leave any of it until morning.” 20 But they did not listen to Moses, and some left part of it until morning, and it bred worms and became foul; and Moses was angry with them. 21 So they gathered it morning by morning, every man [k]as much as he should eat; but the sun would grow hot, and it would melt.

Ephesians 2:11-22

11 Therefore, remember that (A)formerly (B)you—the Gentiles in the flesh, who are called “(C)Uncircumcision” by the so-called “(D)Circumcision,” which is performed in the flesh by human hands— 12 remember that you were at that time without Christ, (E)alienated from the citizenship of Israel, and strangers to (F)the covenants of promise, having (G)no hope and (H)without God in the world. 13 But now in (I)Christ Jesus you who (J)formerly were (K)far off [a]have (L)been brought near (M)by the blood of Christ. 14 For He Himself is (N)our peace, (O)who made both groups one and broke down the dividing wall of the partition 15 [b]by (P)abolishing in His flesh the enmity, (Q)the Law of commandments contained in ordinances, so that in Himself He might (R)create the two into (S)one new man, making (T)peace, 16 and might (U)reconcile them both in (V)one body to God through the cross, having in Himself (W)put to death the enmity. 17 And (X)He came and preached (Y)the good news of peace to you who were (Z)far away, and peace to those who were (AA)near; 18 for through Him we both have (AB)our access in (AC)one Spirit to (AD)the Father. 19 So then you are no longer (AE)strangers and sojourners, but you are (AF)fellow citizens with the [c]saints, and are of (AG)God’s household, 20 having been (AH)built on (AI)the foundation of (AJ)the apostles and prophets, (AK)Christ Jesus Himself being the (AL)corner stone, 21 (AM)in whom the whole building, being joined together, is growing into (AN)a holy [d]sanctuary in the Lord, 22 in whom you also are being (AO)built together into a (AP)dwelling of God in the Spirit.
