⁴ Then Yahweh said to Moses, “Behold, ^(A)I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day, that I may ^(B)test them, whether or not they will walk in My ^[a]law.

^31 (A)Our fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, ‘^(B)He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’”
