21st Century King James Version (KJ21)
Version
Psalm 148

148 Praise ye the Lord! Praise ye the Lord from the heavens; praise Him in the heights!

Praise ye Him, all His angels; praise ye Him, all His hosts!

Praise ye Him, sun and moon; praise Him, all ye stars of light!

Praise Him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens!

Let them praise the name of the Lord, for He commanded and they were created.

He hath also established them for ever and ever; He hath made a decree which shall not pass.

Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons and all deeps,

fire and hail, snow and vapors, stormy wind fulfilling His word,

mountains and all hills, fruitful trees and all cedars,

10 beasts and all cattle, creeping things and flying fowl,

11 kings of the earth and all people, princes and all judges of the earth,

12 both young men and maidens, old men and children.

13 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for His name alone is excellent; His glory is above the earth and heaven.

14 He also exalteth the horn of His people, the praise of all His saints, even of the children of Israel, a people near unto Him. Praise ye the Lord!

Ezekiel 2:8-3:11

But thou, son of man, hear what I say unto thee. Be not thou rebellious like that rebellious house. Open thy mouth, and eat what I give thee.”

And when I looked, behold, a hand was sent unto me; and lo, a scroll of a book was therein.

10 And He spread it before me; and it was written within and without, and there were written therein lamentations and mourning and woe.

Moreover He said unto me, “Son of man, eat what thou findest: eat this scroll, and go, speak unto the house of Israel.”

So I opened my mouth, and He caused me to eat that scroll.

And He said unto me, “Son of man, cause thy belly to eat, and fill thy bowels with this scroll that I give thee.” Then did I eat it, and it was in my mouth as honey for sweetness.

And He said unto me, “Son of man, go, get thee unto the house of Israel, and speak with My words unto them.

For thou art not sent to a people of strange speech and of a hard language, but to the house of Israel,

not to many people of strange speech and of a hard language, whose words thou canst not understand. Surely, had I sent thee to them, they would have hearkened unto thee.

But the house of Israel will not hearken unto thee, for they will not hearken unto Me; for all the house of Israel are impudent and hardhearted.

Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces, and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.

As an adamant, harder than flint, have I made thy forehead. Fear them not, neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.”

10 Moreover He said unto me, “Son of man, all My words that I shall speak unto thee receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears.

11 And go, get thee to those of the captivity, unto the children of thy people, and speak unto them and tell them, ‘Thus saith the Lord God,’ whether they will hear or whether they will forbear.”

Revelation 10

10 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud; and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire.

And he had in his hand a little book open. And he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth. And when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write, and I heard a voice from Heaven saying unto me, “Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.”

And the angel, whom I saw standing upon the sea and upon the earth, lifted up his hand to heaven.

And he swore by Him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are therein, and the earth and the things that are therein, and the sea and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer,

but that in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as He hath declared to His servants the prophets.

And the voice which I heard from Heaven spoke unto me again and said, “Go and take the little book which is open in the hand of the angel who standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.”

And I went unto the angel and said unto him, “Give me the little book.” And he said unto me, “Take it and eat it up, and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.”

10 And I took the little book out of the angel’s hand and ate it up, and it was in my mouth sweet as honey; and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.

11 And he said unto me, “Thou must prophesy again before many peoples and nations, and tongues and kings.”
