New American Standard Bible 1995 (NASB1995)
Version
Psalm 90:12-17

12 So (A)teach us to number our days,
That we may [a](B)present to You a heart of wisdom.

13 Do (C)return, O Lord; (D)how long will it be?
And [b]be (E)sorry for Your servants.
14 O (F)satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness,
That we may (G)sing for joy and be glad all our days.
15 (H)Make us glad [c]according to the days You have afflicted us,
And the (I)years we have seen [d]evil.
16 Let Your (J)work appear to Your servants
And Your (K)majesty [e]to their children.
17 Let the (L)favor of the Lord our God be upon us;
And [f](M)confirm for us the work of our hands;
Yes, [g]confirm the work of our hands.

Deuteronomy 5:1-21

The Ten Commandments Repeated

Then Moses summoned all Israel and said to them:

“Hear, O Israel, the statutes and the ordinances which I am speaking today in your [a]hearing, that you may learn them and observe [b]them carefully. The Lord our God made (A)a covenant with us at Horeb. (B)The Lord did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, with all those of [c]us alive here today. The Lord spoke to you (C)face to face at the mountain (D)from the midst of the fire, while (E)I was standing between the Lord and you at that time, to declare to you the word of the Lord; (F)for you were afraid because of the fire and did not go up the mountain. [d]He said,

(G)I am the Lord your God who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of [e]slavery.

(H)You shall have no other gods [f]before Me.

(I)You shall not make for yourself [g]an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above [h]or on the earth beneath [i]or in the water under the earth. You shall not worship them or serve them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, (J)visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children, and on the third and the fourth generations of those who hate Me, 10 but (K)showing lovingkindness to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

11 (L)You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain, for the Lord will not [j]leave him unpunished who takes His name in vain.

12 (M)Observe the sabbath day to keep it holy, as the Lord your God commanded you. 13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but (N)the seventh day is a sabbath of the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter or your male servant or your female servant or your ox or your donkey or any of your cattle or your sojourner who [k]stays with you, so that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. 15 (O)You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out of there by a mighty hand and by an outstretched arm; therefore the Lord your God commanded you to observe the sabbath day.

16 (P)Honor your father and your mother, as the Lord your God has commanded you, (Q)that your days may be prolonged and that it may go well with you on the land which the Lord your God gives you.

17 (R)You shall not murder.

18 (S)You shall not commit adultery.

19 (T)You shall not steal.

20 (U)You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

21 (V)You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife, and you shall not desire your neighbor’s house, his field or his male servant or his female servant, his ox or his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor.’

Hebrews 3:7-19

Therefore, just as (A)the Holy Spirit says,

(B)Today if you hear His voice,
(C)Do not harden your hearts as [a]when they provoked Me,
As in the day of trial in the wilderness,
(D)Where your fathers tried Me by testing Me,
And saw My works for (E)forty years.
10 (F)Therefore I was angry with this generation,
And said, ‘They always go astray in their heart,
And they did not know My ways’;
11 (G)As I swore in My wrath,
They shall not enter My rest.’”

The Peril of Unbelief

12 (H)Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart [b]that falls away from (I)the living God. 13 But (J)encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called “Today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the (K)deceitfulness of sin. 14 For we have become partakers of Christ, (L)if we hold fast the beginning of our (M)assurance firm until the end, 15 while it is said,

(N)Today if you hear His voice,
Do not harden your hearts, as [c]when they provoked Me.”

16 For who (O)provoked Him when they had heard? Indeed, (P)did not all those who came out of Egypt led by Moses? 17 And with whom was He angry for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, (Q)whose bodies fell in the wilderness? 18 And to whom did He swear (R)that they would not enter His rest, but to those who were (S)disobedient? 19 So we see that they were not able to enter because of (T)unbelief.
