Isaiah 66:10-14

10 Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her,

11 That ye may suck, [a]and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolation: that ye may milk out, and be delighted with the brightness of her glory.

12 For thus saith the Lord, behold, I will extend [b]peace over her like a flood, and the glory of the [c]Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be [d]born upon her sides, and be joyful upon her knees.

13 As one whom his mother comforteth, so will I comfort you, and ye shall be comforted in Jerusalem.

14 And when ye see this, your hearts shall rejoice, and your [e]bones shall flourish like an herb: and the hand of the Lord shall be known among his servants, and his indignation against his enemies.

Psalm 66:1-9

66 1 He provoketh all men to praise the Lord and to consider his works. 6 He setteth forth the power of God to affray the rebels. 10 And showeth how God hath delivered Israel from great bondage and afflictions. 13 He promiseth to give sacrifice, 16 And provoketh all men to hear what God hath done for him, and to praise his Name.

To him that excelleth. A song or Psalm.

Rejoice in God, [a]all ye inhabitants of the earth.

Sing forth the glory of his Name: make his praise glorious.

Say unto God, How terrible art thou in thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies be [b]in subjection unto thee.

All the world shall worship thee, and sing unto thee, even sing of thy Name. Selah.

[c]Come and behold the works of God: he is terrible in his doings toward [d]the sons of men.

He hath turned the sea into dry land: they passed through the river on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

He ruleth the world with his power: his eyes behold the nations: the rebellious shall not [e]exalt themselves. Selah.

Praise our God, ye people, and make the voice of his praise to be heard.

Which [f]holdeth our souls in life, and suffereth not our feet to slip.

Galatians 6:1-6

1 Now he entreateth particularly of charity toward such as offend, 6 toward the Minsters of the word, 10 and those that are of the household of faith: 12 Not like unto such who have a counterfeit zeal of the Law, 13 glorying in the mangling of the flesh, 14 and not in the cross of Christ.

Brethren, [a]If a man be [b]suddenly taken in any offense, ye which are [c]spiritual, [d]restore such one with the [e]spirit of meekness, [f]considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

[g]Bear ye one another’s burden, and so fulfill the [h]Law of Christ.

For if any man seem to himself, that he is somewhat, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself in his imagination.

But let every man prove his own work: and then shall he have rejoicing in himself only and not in another.

(A)[i]For every man shall bear his own burden.

[j]Let him that is taught in the word, make him that hath taught him, partaker of [k]all his (B)goods.

Galatians 6:7-16

[a]Be not deceived: God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.

For he that soweth to his [b]flesh, shall of the flesh reap corruption: but he that soweth to the spirit, shall of the spirit reap life everlasting.

(A)[c]Let us not therefore be weary of well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10 [d]While we have therefore time, let us do good unto all men, but especially unto them, which are of the household of faith.

11 [e]Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.

12 As many as desire to make a [f]fair show in the [g]flesh, they constrain you to be circumcised, only because they would not suffer persecution for the [h]cross of Christ.

13 For they themselves which are circumcised keep not the Law, but desire to have you circumcised, that they might rejoice in [i]your flesh.

14 [j]But God forbid that I should [k]rejoice, but in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, whereby the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.

16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace shall be upon them, and mercy, and upon the [l]Israel of God.

Luke 10:1-11

10 1 The seventy disciples. 10 The unthankful cities charged with impiety. 17 The disciples returning home, are warned to be humble. 29, 30 Who is our neighbor. 38 Of Martha and her sister Mary.

After (A)[a]these things, the Lord appointed other seventy also, and sent them, two and two before him into every city and place, whither he himself should come.

And he said unto them, (B)The harvest is great, but the laborers are few: pray therefore the Lord of the harvest to send forth laborers into his harvest.

(C)[b]Go your ways: behold, I send you forth as lambs among wolves.

Bear no bag, neither scrip, nor shoes, and (D)salute [c]no man by the way.

(E)And into whatsoever house ye enter, first say, Peace be to this house.

And if [d]the son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon him, if not, it shall turn to you again.

And in that house [e]tarry still, eating and drinking such things as by them shall be set before you: (F)for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Go not from house to house.

(G)But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, if they receive you, [f]eat such things as are set before you,

And heal the sick that are there, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come near unto you.

10 [g]But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, if they will not receive you, go your ways out into the streets of the same, and say,

11 Even the very (H)dust, which cleaveth on us of your city, we wipe off against you: notwithstanding know this, that the kingdom of God was come near unto you.

Luke 10:16-20

16 (A)He that heareth you, heareth me: and he that despiseth you, despiseth me: and he that despiseth me, despiseth him that sent me.

17 [a]And the seventy turned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subdued to us [b]through thy Name.

18 And he said unto them, I saw Satan, like lightning, [c]fall down from heaven.

19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on Serpents, and Scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall [d]hurt you.

20 Nevertheless, in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subdued unto you: but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
