希律之死

20 当时，希律一直恼恨提尔和西顿的人。所以他们联合起来到王那里去，先说服了王的内臣布拉斯托，然后向王求和，因为他们地区的人是从王的领地[a]得粮食的。 21 在指定的日子，希律穿上王袍，坐在审判席上，向他们公开演说。 22 民众一直喊叫：“这是神的声音，不是人的声音。” 23 主的一位天使立刻击打希律，因为他没有把荣耀归给神。他被虫咬蚀，就断了气。 24 于是神的话语[b]不断扩展[c]，越发广传。 25 巴拿巴和扫罗完成了那服事的工作[d]，就带着那称为马可的约翰，从耶路撒冷回去了[e]。
