원수 갚는 것에 관하여 가르치시다

(눅 6:29-30)

³⁸너희는 ‘눈에는 눈, 이에는 이’^(A) 라는 말을 들었다. ³⁹그러나 나는 너희에게 말한다. 악한 사람과 맞서지 말아라. 누가 네 오른쪽 뺨을 때리면, 왼쪽 뺨마저 돌려 대 주어라. ⁴⁰누가 너를 고발하여 네 속옷을 빼앗으려 하면, 겉옷까지 내주어라. ⁴¹누가 너더러 억지로 오 리를 같이 가자고 하면, 십 리를 같이 가 주어라. ⁴²달라는 사람에게는 주고, 빌려 달라고 하는 사람의 청을 물리치지 말아라.
