145 I have cried with my whole heart, “Hear me, O LORD, and I will keep Your Statutes!”
146 I called upon You, “Save me, and I will keep Your Testimonies!”
147 I arose before the morning light and cried, for I waited on Your Word.
148 My eyes are open before the night watches, to meditate on Your Word.
149 Hear my voice according to Your lovingkindness, O LORD. Quicken me according to Your judgment.
150 They draw near who follow after malice; and are far from Your Law.
151 You are near, O LORD, for all Your Commandments are true.
152 I have long known by Your Testimonies that You have established them forever.

153 Behold my affliction, and deliver me, for I have not forgotten Your Law.
154 Plead my cause and deliver me. Quicken me according to Your Word.
155 Salvation is far from the wicked, because they do not seek Your Statutes.
156 Great are Your tender mercies, O LORD. Quicken me according to Your Judgments.
157 My persecutors and my oppressors are many. Yet I do not swerve from Your Testimonies.
158 I saw the transgressors and was grieved, because they did not keep Your Word.
159 Consider, O LORD, how I love Your Precepts. Quicken me according to Your lovingkindness.
160 The beginning of Your Word is Truth. And all the Judgments of Your righteousness endure forever.

161 Princes have persecuted me without cause, but my heart stood in awe of Your Words.
162 I rejoice at Your Word, as one who finds a great spoil.
163 I hate falsehood and abhor it, but Your Law do I love.
164 Seven times a day do I praise You because of Your righteous Judgments.
165 Those who love Your Law shall have great peace. And nothing shall cause them to stumble.
166 LORD, I have trusted in Your salvation; and have done Your Commandments.
167 My soul has kept Your Testimonies, for I love them exceedingly.
168 I have kept Your Precepts and Your Testimonies, for all my ways are before You.
18 And the LORD has taught me, and I know it. Then You showed me their practices.
19 But I was like a lamb, a bullock that is brought to the slaughter. And I did not know that they had devised this against me, saying, “Let us destroy the tree with its fruit, and cut him out of the land of the living, so that his name may be remembered no more.”
20 But, O LORD of Hosts, Who judges righteously and tests the inner core and the heart, let me see Your vengeance on them! For to You have I opened my cause!
21 Therefore, the LORD speaks this of the men of Anathoth, who seek your life, and say, “Do not prophesy in the Name of the LORD, so that you do not die by our hands.”
22 Thus, therefore, says the LORD of Hosts: “Behold, I will visit them. The young men shall die by the sword. Their sons and their daughters shall die by famine.
23 “And none of them shall remain. For I will bring a plague upon the men of Anathoth, the year of their punishment.”
16 “Behold, I send you as sheep in the midst of the wolves. Therefore, be wise as serpents and innocent as doves.
17 “But beware of men. For they will deliver you up to the councils and will scourge you in their synagogues.
18 “And you shall be brought to the governors and kings for My sake, in witness to them and to the Gentiles.
19 “But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you shall speak. For what you shall say will be given to you at that hour.
20 “For it is not you who speak. But the Spirit of your Father speaks in you.
21 “And the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son. And the children shall rise against their parents and shall cause them to die.
22 “And you shall be hated by all for My Name. But the one who endures to the end, he shall be saved.
112 Blessed is the man who fears the LORD and delights greatly in His Commandments.
2 His seed shall be mighty upon Earth. The generation of the righteous shall be blessed.
3 Riches and treasures shall be in his house and his righteousness endures forever.
4 To the righteous arises light in darkness. He is merciful and full of compassion, and righteous.
5 A good man is merciful and lends. He will measure his affairs by judgment.
6 Surely, he shall never be moved. The righteous shall be held in everlasting remembrance.
7 He will not be afraid of evil tidings. His heart is fixed, believing in the LORD.
8 His heart is established. He will not fear, until he sees his desire upon his enemies.
9 He has distributed, given to the poor. His righteousness remains forever. His horn shall be exalted with glory.
10 The wicked shall see it and be angry. He shall gnash with his teeth and melt away. The desire of the wicked shall perish. Praise the LORD
125 Those who trust in the LORD shall be as Mount Zion, which cannot be removed but remains forever.
2 As the mountains are around Jerusalem, so the LORD is around His people from henceforth and forever.
3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest on the lot of the righteous, lest the righteous put forth their hand to wickedness.
4 Do well, O LORD, to those who are good and true in their hearts.
5 But those who turn aside by their crooked ways, they shall be led by the LORD with the workers of iniquity. Peace upon Israel! A song of degrees, or Psalm, of David
12 Therefore, lift up your hands which hang down, and your weak knees,
13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that which is halting is not turned out of the way. But rather, let it be healed.
14 Pursue peace and holiness with all, without which no one shall see the Lord.
15 Watch carefully, so no one falls away from the grace of God. Let no root of bitterness spring up and trouble you, lest many be defiled by it.
16 Let there be no fornicator or profane person (such as Esau, who sold his birthright for a single meal).
17 For you also know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected. For he found no place for repentance, though he sought that blessing with tears.
18 For you have not come to the mountain that can be touched - nor to burning fire, nor to blackness and darkness and tempest,
19 nor to the sound of a trumpet and the voice of words - from which those who heard it excused themselves so that the word would not be spoken to them anymore.
20 For they were not able to abide that which was commanded: “Yea, if a beast touches the mountain, it shall be stoned or thrust through with an arrow”.
21 And so terrible was the sight which appeared, that Moses said, “I fear and quake”.
22 But you have come to the Mount Zion, and to the city of the living God (the celestial Jerusalem), and to the company of innumerable angels,
23 and to the assembly and congregation of the first born (which are written in Heaven), and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of the just and perfected,
24 and to Jesus the Mediator of the New Testament, and to the blood of sprinkling which speaks better things than that of Abel.
