66 Shout aloud unto God, all the earth:

² Sing forth the glory of his name, make his praise glorious;

³ Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! because of the greatness of thy strength, thine enemies come cringing unto thee.

⁴ All the earth shall worship thee, and sing psalms unto thee: they shall sing forth thy name. Selah.

⁵ Come and see the works of God: he is terrible in [his] doings toward the children of men.

⁶ He turned the sea into dry [land]; they went through the river on foot: there did we rejoice in him.

⁷ He ruleth by his power for ever; his eyes observe the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. Selah.

⁸ Bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of his praise to be heard;

⁹ Who hath set our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.

¹⁰ For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.

¹¹ Thou broughtest us into a net, thou didst lay a heavy burden upon our loins;

¹² Thou didst cause men to ride over our head; we went through fire and through water: but thou hast brought us out into abundance.

¹³ I will go into thy house with burnt-offerings; I will perform my vows to thee,

¹⁴ Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.

¹⁵ I will offer up unto thee burnt-offerings of fatted beasts, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. Selah.

¹⁶ Come, hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

¹⁷ I called unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.

¹⁸ Had I regarded iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not hear.

¹⁹ But God hath heard; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.

²⁰ Blessed be God, who hath not turned away my prayer, nor his loving-kindness from me!

67 God be gracious unto us, and bless us, [and] cause his face to shine upon us; Selah,

² That thy way may be known upon earth, thy salvation among all nations.

³ Let the peoples praise thee, O God, let all the peoples praise thee.

⁴ Let the nations rejoice and sing for joy: for thou wilt judge the peoples equitably; and the nations upon earth, thou wilt guide them. Selah.

⁵ Let the peoples praise thee, O God; let all the peoples praise thee.

⁶ The earth will yield her increase; God, our God, will bless us:

⁷ God will bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.

19 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the expanse sheweth the work of his hands.

² Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

³ There is no speech and there are no words, yet their voice is heard.

⁴ Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their language to the extremity of the world. In them hath he set a tent for the sun,

⁵ And he is as a bridegroom going forth from his chamber; he rejoiceth as a strong man to run the race.

⁶ His going forth is from the end of the heavens, and his circuit unto the ends of it; and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

⁷ The law of Jehovah is perfect, restoring the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making wise the simple;

⁸ The precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of Jehovah is pure, enlightening the eyes;

⁹ The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring for ever; the judgments of Jehovah are truth, they are righteous altogether:

¹⁰ They are more precious than gold, yea, than much fine gold; and sweeter than honey and the dropping of the honeycomb.

¹¹ Moreover, by them is thy servant enlightened; in keeping them there is great reward.

¹² Who understandeth [his] errors? Purify me from secret [faults].

¹³ Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous [sins]; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be perfect, and I shall be innocent from great transgression.

¹⁴ Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in thy sight, O Jehovah, my rock, and my redeemer.

46 God is our refuge and strength, a help in distresses, very readily found.

² Therefore will we not fear though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the heart of the seas;

³ Though the waters thereof roar [and] foam, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.

⁴ There is a river the streams whereof make glad the city of God, the sanctuary of the habitations of the Most High.

⁵ God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her at the dawn of the morning.

⁶ The nations raged, the kingdoms were moved; he uttered his voice, the earth melted.

⁷ Jehovah of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high fortress. Selah.

⁸ Come, behold the works of Jehovah, what desolations he hath made in the earth:

⁹ He hath made wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariots in the fire.

¹⁰ Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.

¹¹ Jehovah of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our high fortress. Selah.

¹⁶ And it came to pass at the end of seven days, that the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,

¹⁷ Son of man, I have appointed thee a watchman unto the house of Israel, and thou shalt hear the word from my mouth, and give them warning from me.

¹⁸ When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt certainly die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, that he may live: the same wicked [man] shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thy hand.

¹⁹ But if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

²⁰ And when a righteous [man] doth turn from his righteousness, and do what is wrong, and I lay a stumbling-block before him, he shall die; because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous acts which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thy hand.

²¹ And if thou warn the righteous [man], that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall certainly live, for he hath taken warning; and thou hast delivered thy soul.

²² And the hand of Jehovah was there upon me; and he said unto me, Arise, go forth into the valley, and there I will talk with thee.

²³ And I arose, and went forth into the valley, and behold, the glory of Jehovah stood there, like the glory which I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face.

²⁴ And the Spirit entered into me, and set me upon my feet; and he spoke with me, and said unto me, Go, shut thyself within thy house.

²⁵ And thou, son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee therewith, and thou shalt not go out among them.

²⁶ And I will make thy tongue cleave to the roof of thy mouth, that thou shalt be dumb, and shalt not be to them a reprover; for they are a rebellious house.

²⁷ And when I speak with thee, I will open thy mouth, and thou shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: He that heareth, let him hear; and he that forbeareth, let him forbear: for they are a rebellious house.

2 and *you*, being dead in your offences and sins—

² in which ye once walked according to the age of this world, according to the ruler of the authority of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience:

³ among whom *we* also all once had our conversation in the lusts of our flesh, doing what the flesh and the thoughts willed to do, and were children, by nature, of wrath, even as the rest:

⁴ but God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love wherewith he loved us,

⁵ (we too being dead in offences,) has quickened us with the Christ, (ye are saved by grace,)

⁶ and has raised [us] up together, and has made [us] sit down together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus,

⁷ that he might display in the coming ages the surpassing riches of his grace in kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.

⁸ For ye are saved by grace, through faith; and this not of yourselves; it is God's gift:

⁹ not on the principle of works, that no one might boast.

¹⁰ For we are his workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has before prepared that we should walk in them.

²⁴ The disciple is not above his teacher, nor the bondman above his lord.

²⁵ [It is] sufficient for the disciple that he should become as his teacher, and the bondman as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more those of his household?

²⁶ Fear them not therefore; for there is nothing covered which shall not be revealed, and secret which shall not be known.

²⁷ What I say to you in darkness speak in the light, and what ye hear in the ear preach upon the houses.

²⁸ And be not afraid of those who kill the body, but cannot kill the soul; but fear rather him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

²⁹ Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall to the ground without your Father;

³⁰ but of you even the hairs of the head are all numbered.

³¹ Fear not therefore; *ye* are better than many sparrows.

³² Every one therefore who shall confess me before men, *I* also will confess him before my Father who is in [the] heavens.

³³ But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will *I* also deny before my Father who is in [the] heavens.

⁴⁰ He that receives you receives me, and he that receives me receives him that sent me.

⁴¹ He that receives a prophet in the name of a prophet, shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man, shall receive a righteous man's reward.

⁴² And whosoever shall give to drink to one of these little ones a cup of cold [water] only, in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.
