Then Jesus said to him, “See that you don’t tell anyone. But go, show yourself to the priest and offer the gift Moses commanded, as a testimony to them.”

Then some stood up and gave this false testimony against him:

Yet even then their testimony did not agree.

Then the high priest stood up before them and asked Jesus, “Are you not going to answer? What is this testimony that these men are bringing against you?”

And so you will bear testimony to me.

Then they said, “Why do we need any more testimony? We have heard it from his own lips.”
