“Come to Me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

Then He *said to the man, “Stretch out your hand!” He stretched it out, and it was restored to normal, like the other.

“Now when the unclean spirit comes out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it.
-
So the crowd was astonished as they saw those who were unable to speak talking, those with impaired limbs restored, those who were limping walking around, and those who were blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.

And He answered and said, “Elijah is coming and will restore all things;
-
and the rest seized his slaves and treated them abusively, and then killed them.
-
Then He *came to the disciples and *said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
-
But the rest of them said, “Let us see if Elijah comes to save Him.”
-
After looking around at them with anger, grieved at their hardness of heart, He *said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored.
-
And He *said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a secluded place and rest a little while.” (For there were many people coming and going, and they did not even have time to eat.)

Then again He laid His hands on his eyes; and he looked intently and was restored, and began to see everything clearly.

And He said to them, “Elijah does come first and he restores all things. And yet how is it written of the Son of Man that He will suffer many things and be treated with contempt?
-
And He *came the third time, and *said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? That is enough. The hour has come; behold, the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners.
-
And they went away and reported it to the rest, but they did not believe them, either.
-
And after looking around at them all, He said to him, “Stretch out your hand!” And he did so; and his hand was restored.
-
And He said, “To you it has been granted to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest they are told in parables, so that while seeing they may not see, and while hearing they may not understand.
-
For He had already commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man. For it had seized him many times; and he was bound with chains and shackles and kept under guard, and yet he would break the restraints and be driven by the demon into the desert.
-
And if a man of peace is there, your peace will rest upon him; but if not, it will return to you.
-
“When the unclean spirit comes out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and not finding any, it then says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’
-
And this woman, a daughter of Abraham as she is, whom Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released from this restraint on the Sabbath day?”

And then they returned and prepared spices and perfumes. And on the Sabbath they rested according to the commandment.
-
and returned from the tomb and reported all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.
-
So, when they had come together, they began asking Him, saying, “Lord, is it at this time that You are restoring the kingdom to Israel?”
-
And tongues that looked like fire appeared to them, distributing themselves, and a tongue rested on each one of them.
