  11. But sexual immorality or any impurity or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints;
  12. For this you know with certainty, that no sexually immoral or impure or greedy person, which amounts to an idolater, has an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
  13. Therefore, treat the parts of your earthly body as dead to sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed, which amounts to idolatry.
  14. For we never came with flattering speech, as you know, nor with a pretext for greed—God is our witness—
  15. Deacons likewise must be men of dignity, not insincere, not prone to drink much wine, not greedy for money,
  16. For the overseer must be beyond reproach as God’s steward, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not overindulging in wine, not a bully, not greedy for money,
