Men of understanding will say to me, And a wise man who hears me,

Behold, God is mighty but does not reject anyone; He is mighty in strength of understanding.

Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth? Tell Me, if you have understanding,

Who has put wisdom in the innermost being, Or given understanding to the mind?

Because God has made her forget wisdom, And has not given her a share of understanding.

For if you cry out for insight, And raise your voice for understanding;

For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
