  1. Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.

  15. But they also have erred through wine, and through strong drink are out of the way; the priest and the prophet have erred through strong drink, they are swallowed up of wine, they are out of the way through strong drink; they err in vision, they stumble in judgment.
  16. Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
  17. And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.
  18. Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
  19. Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
  20. The Lord is exalted; for he dwelleth on high: he hath filled Zion with judgment and righteousness.
  21. For my sword shall be bathed in heaven: behold, it shall come down upon Idumea, and upon the people of my curse, to judgment.

  36. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
  37. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.
  38. For I the Lord love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
