  1. But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

  16. Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
  17. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.
  18. Neither let us commit fornication, as some of them committed, and fell in one day three and twenty thousand.
  19. And lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

  23. For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication:
  24. Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.
  25. Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
