    And taking the twelve, he said to them, “See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.
  46. and tear you down to the ground, you and your children within you. And they will not leave one stone upon another in you, because you did not know the time of your visitation.”

  87. It was to show his righteousness at the present time, so that he might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.
  88. For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
  89. But what fruit were you getting at that time from the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death.
  90. Future Glory

    For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
  91. For this is what the promise said: “About this time next year I will return, and Sarah shall have a son.”
  92. So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.
  93. For just as you were at one time disobedient to God but now have received mercy because of their disobedience,
  94. Besides this you know the time, that the hour has come for you to wake from sleep. For salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed.
  95. Therefore do not pronounce judgment before the time, before the Lord comes, who will bring to light the things now hidden in darkness and will disclose the purposes of the heart. Then each one will receive his commendation from God.
  96. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.
  97. Was anyone at the time of his call already circumcised? Let him not seek to remove the marks of circumcision. Was anyone at the time of his call uncircumcised? Let him not seek circumcision.
  98. This is what I mean, brothers: the appointed time has grown very short. From now on, let those who have wives live as though they had none,

  103. your abundance at the present time should supply their need, so that their abundance may supply your need, that there may be fairness.
  104. Here for the third time I am ready to come to you. And I will not be a burden, for I seek not what is yours but you. For children are not obligated to save up for their parents, but parents for their children.
  105. Final Warnings

    This is the third time I am coming to you. Every charge must be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses.
  106. But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth his Son, born of woman, born under the law,
  107. But just as at that time he who was born according to the flesh persecuted him who was born according to the Spirit, so also it is now.
  108. as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.
  109. One in Christ

    Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands—
  110. remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world.
  111. for at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light
  112. making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.
  113. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison—
  114. Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time.
  115. Paul's Longing to See Them Again

    But since we were torn away from you, brothers, for a short time, in person not in heart, we endeavored the more eagerly and with great desire to see you face to face,
  116. And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time.
  117. who gave himself as a ransom for all, which is the testimony given at the proper time.
  118. which he will display at the proper time—he who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords,
  119. For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions,
  120. For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come.
  121. and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior;
  122. At the same time, prepare a guest room for me, for I am hoping that through your prayers I will be graciously given to you.

  124. For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the basic principles of the oracles of God. You need milk, not solid food,
  125. but deal only with food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.
  126. so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.
  127. But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God,
  128. waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet.
  129. For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.
  130. And what more shall I say? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets—
  131. For they disciplined us for a short time as it seemed best to them, but he disciplines us for our good, that we may share his holiness.
  132. At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, “Yet once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”
  133. yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes.
  134. who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
  135. inquiring what person or time the Spirit of Christ in them was indicating when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories.
  136. And if you call on him as Father who judges impartially according to each one's deeds, conduct yourselves with fear throughout the time of your exile,
  137. so as to live for the rest of the time in the flesh no longer for human passions but for the will of God.
  138. For the time that is past suffices for doing what the Gentiles want to do, living in sensuality, passions, drunkenness, orgies, drinking parties, and lawless idolatry.
  139. For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
  140. Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you,
  141. And I will make every effort so that after my departure you may be able at any time to recall these things.
  142. At the same time, it is a new commandment that I am writing to you, which is true in him and in you, because the darkness is passing away and the true light is already shining.
  143. They said to you, “In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions.”
  144. to the only God, our Savior, through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion, and authority, before all time and now and forever. Amen.
  145. Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near.
  146. I gave her time to repent, but she refuses to repent of her sexual immorality.
  147. The nations raged, but your wrath came, and the time for the dead to be judged, and for rewarding your servants, the prophets and saints, and those who fear your name, both small and great, and for destroying the destroyers of the earth.”
