  1. The clay pot that the meat is cooked in must be broken; but if it is cooked in a bronze pot, the pot is to be scoured and rinsed with water.
  2. The meat of their fellowship offering of thanksgiving must be eaten on the day it is offered; they must leave none of it till morning.
  3. Any meat of the sacrifice left over till the third day must be burned.

  8. Moses then said to Aaron and his sons, ‘Cook the meat at the entrance to the tent of meeting and eat it there with the bread from the basket of ordination offerings, as I was commanded: “Aaron and his sons are to eat it.”
  9. Then burn the rest of the meat and the bread.
  10. You must not eat their meat or touch their carcasses; they are unclean for you.
  11. And since you are to regard them as unclean, you must not eat their meat; you must regard their carcasses as unclean.
  12. ‘“Do not eat any meat with the blood still in it. ‘“Do not practise divination or seek omens.
