  1. And they cried out in a loud voice: “Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”
  2. All the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living creatures. They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God,
  3. saying: “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”
  4. Therefore, “they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence.
  5. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’ ‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’”
  6. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.
  7. Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne.
  8. The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand.
  9. They were told not to harm the grass of the earth or any plant or tree, but only those people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads.
  10. The sixth angel sounded his trumpet, and I heard a voice coming from the four horns of the golden altar that is before God.
  11. But in the days when the seventh angel is about to sound his trumpet, the mystery of God will be accomplished, just as he announced to his servants the prophets.”
  12. The Two Witnesses

    I was given a reed like a measuring rod and was told, “Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers.
  13. But after the three and a half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
  14. At that very hour there was a severe earthquake and a tenth of the city collapsed. Seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the survivors were terrified and gave glory to the God of heaven.
  15. And the twenty-four elders, who were seated on their thrones before God, fell on their faces and worshiped God,
  16. saying: “We give thanks to you, Lord God Almighty, the One who is and who was, because you have taken your great power and have begun to reign.
  17. Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a severe hailstorm.
  18. She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron scepter.” And her child was snatched up to God and to his throne.
  19. The woman fled into the wilderness to a place prepared for her by God, where she might be taken care of for 1,260 days.
  20. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven say: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Messiah. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters, who accuses them before our God day and night, has been hurled down.
  21. Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring—those who keep God’s commands and hold fast their testimony about Jesus.
  22. It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven.
  23. It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.
  24. “If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go. If anyone is to be killed with the sword, with the sword they will be killed.” This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.
  25. The Lamb and the 144,000

    Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.
