  1. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.

  15. For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all things that He Himself is doing; and the Father will show Him greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.
  16. For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given all judgment to the Son,
  17. so that all will honor the Son just as they honor the Father. The one who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.
  18. Do not be amazed at this; for a time is coming when all who are in the tombs will hear His voice,
  19. It is written in the Prophets: ‘And they shall all be taught of God.’ Everyone who has heard and learned from the Father, comes to Me.
  20. Jesus answered them, “I did one deed, and you all are astonished.
  21. And early in the morning He came again into the temple area, and all the people were coming to Him; and He sat down and began teaching them.
  22. When he puts all his own sheep outside, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice.
  23. All those who came before Me are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them.
  24. My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.
  25. If we let Him go on like this, all the people will believe in Him, and the Romans will come and take over both our place and our nation.”
