  10. Ministry in Galilee

    Jesus was going about in all of Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
  11. And the news about Him spread throughout Syria; and they brought to Him all who were ill, those suffering with various diseases and severe pain, demon-possessed, people with epilepsy, and people who were paralyzed; and He healed them.
  12. “Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.
  13. nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
  14. For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke of a letter shall pass from the Law, until all is accomplished!
  15. But I say to you, take no oath at all, neither by heaven, for it is the throne of God,
  16. yet I say to you that not even Solomon in all his glory clothed himself like one of these.
  17. For the Gentiles eagerly seek all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
  18. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you.
  19. Now when evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill.
  20. And another of the disciples said to Him, “Lord, allow me first to go and bury my father.”
  21. Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness.
  22. And you will be hated by all because of My name, but it is the one who has endured to the end who will be saved.
  23. But even the hairs of your head are all counted.
  24. For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until John.
  25. All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son determines to reveal Him.
