  21. So you too, outwardly appear righteous to people, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
  22. And because lawlessness is increased, most people’s love will become cold.
  23. The chief priests took the pieces of silver and said, “It is not lawful to put them in the temple treasury, since it is money paid for blood.”
