The likeness of the firmament above the heads of the living creatures was like the color of an awesome crystal, stretched out over their heads.

A voice came from above the firmament that was over their heads; whenever they stood, they let down their wings.

A Sword Against Jerusalem
“And you, son of man, take a sharp sword, take it as a barber’s razor, and pass it over your head and your beard; then take scales to weigh and divide the hair.

They will also be girded with sackcloth; Horror will cover them; Shame will be on every face, Baldness on all their heads.

The Glory Departs from the Temple

Jerusalem’s Adultery
“You erected your shrine at the head of every road, and built your high place in every street. Yet you were not like a harlot, because you scorned payment.

Because you did not remember the days of your youth, but agitated Me with all these things, surely I will also recompense your deeds on your own head,” says the Lord God. “And you shall not commit lewdness in addition to all your abominations.

Therefore thus says the Lord God: “As I live, surely My oath which he despised, and My covenant which he broke, I will recompense on his own head.

“And son of man, appoint for yourself two ways for the sword of the king of Babylon to go; both of them shall go from the same land. Make a sign; put it at the head of the road to the city.
