Jeremiah 37:3-5

3 Yet (A)King Zedekiah sent Jehucal the son of Shelemiah, and (B)the priest Zephaniah the son of Maaseiah, to Jeremiah the prophet, saying, “(C)Please pray to the Lord our God in our behalf.” 4 Now Jeremiah was still coming and going among the people, for they had not yet (D)put him in prison. 5 Meanwhile, (E)Pharaoh’s army had set out from Egypt; and when the Chaldeans who had been besieging Jerusalem heard the report about them, they (F)withdrew from Jerusalem.

3 King Zedeki′ah sent Jehu′cal the son of Shelemi′ah, and Zephani′ah the priest, the son of Ma-asei′ah, to Jeremiah the prophet, saying, “Pray for us to the Lord our God.” 4 Now Jeremiah was still going in and out among the people, for he had not yet been put in prison. 5 The army of Pharaoh had come out of Egypt; and when the Chalde′ans who were besieging Jerusalem heard news of them, they withdrew from Jerusalem.
