Hosea 5:10-11

10 The leaders of Judah have become like those who (A)displace a boundary marker;
On them I will (B)pour out My anger (C)like water.
11 Ephraim is (D)oppressed, broken by judgment,
(E)Because he was determined to follow [a]man’s command.
