Exodus 23:8

⁸^(A)And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right.

Exodus 23:8

King James Version

⁸And thou shalt take no gift: for the gift blindeth the wise, and perverteth the words of the righteous.

⁸Don't accept bribes. Judges are blinded and justice is twisted by bribes.

¹⁰in whose hands are evil devices,
and whose right hands are full of ^(A)bribes.

¹⁰In whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of bribes.

¹⁰ or full of meanness
or who bribe others.
