³ This is what the Lord says: “I will return^(A) to Zion^(B) and dwell in Jerusalem.^(C) Then Jerusalem will be called the Faithful City,^(D) and the mountain^(E) of the Lord Almighty will be called the Holy Mountain.^(F)”

¹⁶ “Therefore this is what the Lord says: ‘I will return^(A) to Jerusalem with mercy, and there my house will be rebuilt. And the measuring line^(B) will be stretched out over Jerusalem,’ declares the Lord Almighty.^(C)

³ And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them.^(A) They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.^(B)

⁹ For in Christ all the fullness^(A) of the Deity lives in bodily form,

²¹ In him the whole building is joined together and rises to become a holy temple^(A) in the Lord. ²² And in him you too are being built together to become a dwelling in which God lives by his Spirit.^(B)

¹⁶ What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?^(A) For we are the temple^(B) of the living God.^(C) As God has said:

²³ Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching.^(A) My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.^(B)

¹⁴ The Word became flesh^(A) and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory,^(B) the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace^(C) and truth.^(D)

²⁰ On that day holy to the Lord^(A) will be inscribed on the bells of the horses, and the cooking pots^(B) in the Lord’s house will be like the sacred bowls^(C) in front of the altar. ²¹ Every pot in Jerusalem and Judah will be holy^(D) to the Lord Almighty, and all who come to sacrifice will take some of the pots and cook in them. And on that day^(E) there will no longer be a Canaanite^[a](F) in the house^(G) of the Lord Almighty.^(H)
