8 Without such deceptions the law is fulfilled,
and wisdom is perfected in the mouth of the faithful.[a]
Travel Is Instructive
9 Someone who is well traveled[b] knows many things,
and someone who is experienced understands what he is talking about.
10 Someone who is inexperienced knows few things,
